Adya is the co-founder of SAHYOG. After graduating from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, she commenced her career as an advocate in New Delhi. Since then, she has handled a variety of cases, including those in the fields of constitutional law, family law, property law, and environment law.

Her experience extends to representing clients before the SC, Delhi HC, Punjab and Haryana HC, and district courts in Delhi and Haryana. Additionally, she has worked with the Access to Justice program of the Ministry of Law and Justice, the NUJS-HSF Bridge Project, and NUJS Legal Aid Camp. Her passion for writing led her to also be a member of the NUJS Law Review. Currently, Adya is pursuing her LL.M. at Harvard Law School, focusing on constitutional law, commercial law, and access to justice.
