I had the privilege of working with Adv. Amrita Sarkar over two weeks, during which we delved into the scope of the term ‘investments’ within the framework of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010. Our primary objective was to contribute to a comprehensive legal opinion on this specific aspect.
